FIT MULTISPORTS – WHO ARE WE AND WHAT DO WE DO?
At FIT Multipsorts, we passionately believe in making the most of every opportunity that life delivers and that the best way to do this is to operate from a place where you feel confident and strong. At FIT’s heart is the motto “everything is possible”. No matter the challenges and obstacles that life delivers, we believe that if you create a possibility, if you dare to dream and then act on that dream, everything really is possible.
So, who ARE we then?
We are Fi and Izzy, personal trainers and group fitness instructors. We are mums to three teenagers and a fur baby, passionate adventurers, foodies and life enthusiasts. We have loads of interests and huge dreams and we love nothing more than surrounding ourselves with like minded souls some of for whom exercise is the means through which balance in life is achieved.
What is it that we do?
As FIT Multisports, we offer small group and personal training. We choose not to exceed 5 participants at a time in our classes, which means we are able to develop rapport, offer a more personalized service and modify and adapt our programs to suit the diverse needs of our clientele.
Personal Training is a one to one service where we develop, write and modify a training program based on the needs of the individual following a health and fitness assessment. We work with you to set and achieve goals relevant to you and your life. We will train with you indoors or outdoors, at your home or at our studio, as appropriate.
The Sweat Room is our very own small scale spin room with 5 bikes, rocking tunes, enthusiastic instructors and constantly updated workout sessions to burn calories, elevate the heart rate and build muscle. We are flexible with our time slots and programs and will adapt programs to suit the specific training needs of clients. Whether you are a beginner, returning to fitness, recovering from injury or in training, we can provide a smashing workout to suit.
Small Group Training catering for 2 – 5 individuals is closely aligned to our personal training program but allows you to train with a workout buddy or friend. It’s sometimes easier to stay motivated when you train together! Sessions are run inside or out and attract a discount as compared to a one on one session.
Overall, we want to help you discover what is possible for you, to set goals and smash them and to offer our skills and knowledge to help you in your fitness journey. Our greatest achievement is when you succeed.
